The Birth of an Adventure

In 2020, Red Hot Ed embarked on his first cross-country road trip in Roxy, discovering hidden eateries that would shape the foundation of his culinary adventure.

A Flavorful Discovery

In 2021, Red Hot Ed’s adventures led him to uncover a family-run diner in rural Texas, inspiring him to create a special hot sauce blend for their signature dish.

T-Shirt Launch

In 2022, Red Hot Ed expanded his brand by launching a line of T-shirts featuring unique designs for each establishment he visited, celebrating community and culinary heritage.
